An elected volunteer board of directors determines policy, establishes goals and approves budgets
according to a comprehensive corporate planning system. This provides a focus and action for the
professional staff and operational volunteers. The council's nominating committee is always
looking for professional individuals who are interested in serving today's youth. We seek career
